Our Values

Our Values form the foundation on which we perform and conduct ourselves at Ophir. The six Values set the standard for what is important to Ophir, acting as a compass to guide us as a company into what and who we want to be.

The Values are fundamental to the way in which we operate and they set the tone and expectations from the Board down through the organisation as to how each of us must behave.
