Personal Information

Ophir will not collect any information about individuals through our website, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them. If you choose to get in touch with us we will use your personal information to respond to your communication and provide the information you have requested. We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about our site visitors’ traffic patterns with partners or other third parties. However, we do not sell any information about individual users and we do not use any information for direct marketing purposes.

Subscriptions

Through our website you can subscribe to email alerts relating to regulatory news announcements. We will only send you the information you have indicated you would like to receive and you are able to change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account and selecting the appropriate option. Job Applications

The contact details for our recruitment team are provided on our Enquiries page for the submission of any application for a job or related enquiries. We will use and retain the information provided for recruitment purposes only.

Shareholders

Our shareholder’s personal information (including name, address and number of shares held) is held as required by our legal obligations and to enable us to communicate with you, such as in connection with the calling of a general meeting. In order to meet our obligations we use a third party registrar (Equiniti Limited) to maintain our shareholder register on our behalf.

Children

Ophir does not knowingly collect information from children. If any child (below the age of 13) wishes to contact us we request that this is done through a parent or guardian.
