Code of conduct

Ophir’s founding philosophy is to maintain the highest level of professionalism, honesty and integrity in the conduct of its business and to ensure that we have a reputation for adhering to high ethical standards.

This philosophy has been nurtured since Ophir’s inception, remains at the core of our corporate culture, and is the basis of Ophir’s Code of Conduct (the ‘Code’).

The Code applies to everyone working at Ophir, including the Board, the management team and the entire workforce of employees, as well as employees of Ophir’s joint ventures that it controls. It also applies to contractors, consultants and agents that carry out the Company’s business, or work on behalf of Ophir, or in the Company’s name.

Everyone has a duty to report any breaches of the Code and to this end, our approach to whistleblowing can be found on pages 6 and 7 of the Code.
