Appointment of Director by Ophir

The Board of Ophir has formally approved the appointment of Dr Carol Bell, currently a Non-Executive director of Salamander, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company subject to and with effect from the effective date of the Transaction. The effective date of the Transaction is currently expected to be 2 March 2015.
