	Further to negotiations held in Malabo recently, a PSC covering Block R, offshore Bioko, was signed by the Ministry of Mines, Industry & Energy, the National Oil Company of Equatorial Guinea (GEPetrol) and Ophir Energy Company Limited on 7 March 2006. more info
