Ophir Energy plc (the “Company”) is the Group’s only company listed on the stock exchange. The Company’s registered office is 123 Victoria Street, London. The registered shares of Ophir Energy plc have been listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”) since July 2011.

Non-listed Group companies

Ophir Energy plc has no publicly traded subsidiaries. The companies consolidated in the Ophir Group are named in the notes to the company financial statements.
